11:30-3:30 Photographer and media on site

11:30 Start weigh off – opening announcements and thanks to our sponsors, then start weighing giant pumpkins!

2:50 (actual time may be earlier) Announce raffle prize winners and 50/50 cash draw winner!

3:00 (actual time may be earlier) End weigh off – announce winners, handout awards and prizes and thanks to our sponsors!

3:00-5:00 Sponsors take down displays

5:00 Krause Berry Farms – everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the farm until 5:00 closing time!
